Description from the event website: “Cora is back to seize the helm in BASEMENT for Wrecked. The Chengdu-born, Berlin-based artist espouses a spiritually-informed vision of dance music that weaves the playful sheen of rave with a deep, exploratory creative intuition. Her sets tick the tempo higher, with loopy, bouncy grooves giving way to cascading moments of pure beauty or severe percussive deluges. She’s also the organizer behind the 6G+ party series, which she describes as “supercharged,” exploring “the sonic spectrum between bass, breaks, rave, house, techno and trance.” A perfect match for Wrecked, then, where the vision of the artist reigns supreme over any genre restriction. Elle Dee represents NY. A dyed-in-the-wool selector with a canny knack for any space, the Mild Fantasy boss can move between slinky electro and hardened, scorched techno, all while keeping a laser focus in the groove. Ron Like Hell joins them. The visionary selector has become a genuine figurehead for dance music in the United States, exploring the outer edges of countless genres with fearless determination and a saucy, expressive flair.

Natuta returns to STUDIO for her Wrecked debut. The Tbilisi artist has been making a serious mark with her mix of riotous machine funk and sneering, punky beatdowns. As the head of a queer party Eau de Cologne, Natuta is a key force in her hometown. While international appearances have been absolute standouts, earning her growing recognition well beyond her local scene. Natuta is an artist whose vision is defined by energy and vibe over feel; her sets are expansive, careening and joyful expressions from a true music lover. Bouffant Bouffant makes the trip from New Orleans, where he leads the 13-year-and-running queer party Gimme a Reason. Bouffant Bouffant is the real deal: he’s a veteran DJ, community leader, frequent collaborator and a selector of impeccable taste. He brings a no-nonsense, party-starting fervor to every set. Wrecked resident Ryan Smith joins the pair. Smith needs no introduction – he is quite simply one of the best, most well-versed DJs working in the US today. Rooted in the US rave underground of the early ‘00s, Smith’s canny knack for the perfect track at every moment is truly enviable.”
